This is a pasta salad that a little differently than the traditional ones, but for me, is as good if not better.

Orzo Pasta Salad

8 ounces orzo pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 / 4 cup chopped red onion
1 / 2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 / 4 cup fresh basil leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and transfer to large bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, onions, tomatoes and basil and mix. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
